Session Options

Breakthrough Sessions

A breakthrough session is sometimes all that you need to gain the clarity and motivation to move forward

What does it include?

  • 90 minute, in-depth coaching session with me.
  • Tools and resources which will support you gaining the momentum you need.
  • Step by step action plan to create the changes you desire.
  • 1 complimentary coaching call (20 minutes in length) which must be used within 30 days from the date of your breakthrough session with me.

 

The Breakthrough Session is designed to help you get unstuck and clear on what it is you want. You will have a safe environment to talk things through so that you can leave with a set of manageable steps to help you move forward with determined action.

True Clarity – 6 week programme

A six week private 1-1 coaching programme. This programme will take you from total overwhelm to crystal clarity

What does it include?

  • 6 one to one sessions with me
  • Sessions will be once a week and one hour in length.
  • There maybe a weeks break every fortnight to allow for implementation time.
  • Tools and resources which will support you in gaining the clarity you require.
  • Step by step action plan to create the changes you desire.
  • Email support between sessions.
  • 1 Complimentary Coaching call (30 minutes in length) which must be used within 30 days from the date of your last session with me.

If your goals include balancing work and personal commitments, improving interpersonal skills, enhancing your confidence or working through relationship issues, then True Clarity is for you.

Love My Life – 12 week programme

A balanced, well-crafted programme that guides you through a 3 step process over a course of 12 weeks

What does it include?

  • 12 one-one sessions with me.
  • Sessions will be once a week and 1 hour in length.
  • We may schedule in breaks during these 12 weeks to allow for implementation time.
  • Tools and resources which will support you in gaining the clarity you require.
  • Step by step action plan to create the changes you desire.
  • Email support in between sessions.
  • 2 complimentary coaching calls (each 30 minutes in length) which must be used within 30 days from the date of your last session.

Love My Life programme guides you through a 3 step process over a course of 12 weeks. In 12 weeks, you’ll get to the heart of what’s holding you back.
